1. Parties & Scope
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://healthyfly.in (“Site”) and purchase of products from HealthyFly, operated by Zreyas Agrotech India Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at:
45/A, 2 No Digberia, Nadibag, Badu Road, Madhyamgram, Kolkata - 700128 (Near Bislari Factory), West Bengal, India (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). GSTIN: 19AABCZ9436B1Z5.
By using the Site or placing an order you (“you”, “Customer”, “you/your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not place orders or use the Site.
These Terms apply for your use of the Site, your purchase of goods (e.g., wood-pressed oils, ghee, honey, jaggery, tea) from the Site, and any related services offered. They do not apply to any other website or physical store, unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be of a legal age (18) to be able to form a binding contract, and a resident of India (or other territory if we explicitly permit). By placing an order you confirm you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account & Access
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
4.1. When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms. We may accept or reject your offer at our discretion. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation by email or SMS.
4.2. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on the Site. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice, but price at the time you place an order/before dispatch is binding.
4.3. We accept all payment methods listed on the Site (including Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, Cash on Delivery) (“Payment Methods”). You agree to pay all charges, transaction fees, taxes, and duties applicable.
4.4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) or other deferred payment modes, you agree to pay at time of delivery. We reserve the right to offer and limit COD as per our policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. We ship to locations in India as listed on the Site. For distant, inter-state or foreign orders, we engage third-party delivery partners.
5.2. Estimated delivery times are provided on the Site (e.g., standard shipping 2-5 business days). These are estimates only; actual delivery may vary.
5.3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery (or when the courier/vendor takes possession for shipping).
5.4. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information. If delivery fails due to your fault (incorrect address, unavailability, customs/duties for export) we may cancel or reschedule your order and charge you accordingly.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1. We accept returns, refunds or exchanges only in limited circumstances: if the product is damaged, wrong item supplied, not sealed properly, expired at delivery, or as may be permitted on the Site.
6.2. You must notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods to request a return/refund. The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with any seals intact.
6.3. In case of valid return/refund claim, we will (at our discretion) issue refund (to the original payment method) or supply a replacement. Shipping cost for returning the product may be borne by you unless otherwise stated.
6.4. Returns/exchanges for inter-state or foreign shipments may be subject to additional conditions (customs, shipping cost, duties) and may not always be permitted—please review the relevant policy on the Site for such orders.
6.5. Products that are perishable (for example oils, ghee, honey) must be checked immediately; any defect or damage must be reported at delivery time.
7. Subscriptions & Loyalty
Currently we do not offer any subscription plan or loyalty points scheme. Any future introduction will be governed by separate terms, in addition to these Terms.
8. Use of Site, Content & Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions) are the property of the Company or our licensors, and are protected under copyright, trademark and other laws.
8.2. You may view/download product information solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or create derivative works without our written permission.
8.3. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with the Site’s operation, or violate any applicable laws (including the Information Technology Act, 2000).
8.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site for violation of these Terms or for any unlawful or harmful conduct.
9. Disclosure & Compliance
9.1. We comply with the Consumer Protection (E‑commerce) Rules, 2020—which regulate online sales of goods and services, and require transparent disclosure of business information, GSTIN, refund/return policy, etc.
9.2. Our legal name, registered address and GSTIN are clearly displayed on the Site as required.
9.3. We endeavour to display product information accurately (description, price, tax, country of origin where applicable). However, we do not guarantee absence of minor errors; we reserve the right to correct them.
9.4. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
10.1. Products sold are consumables. While we endeavour to ensure high quality and safe manufacture/storage/transportation, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
10.2. Our liability for any cause of action arising hereunder or related to the products or Site shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product you purchased.
10.3. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; we are not responsible for third-party courier delays, customs clearance (for export), or force-majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, strikes, acts of government).
10.4. You must ensure product suitability for your dietary, health or allergenic concerns; we disclaim liability for misuse or allergic reactions not caused by our negligence.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kolkata (West Bengal) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Anything contrary requires our written consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal data of children (under 18 years) without verifiable parental consent. We do not engage in tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
13.10. Cookies, Tracking & Marketing
We may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and similar technologies to collect usage data, personalise content, analyse site traffic, and provide targeted promotional communications (where you have opted in). You may opt out of non-essential cookies/tracking or promotional communications via settings in our Privacy Policy.
13.11. Updates to this Clause & Privacy Policy

14. Promotions, Offers & Pricing Errors
14.1 Any promotional codes, discounts, first-time-buyer offers (e.g., ₹200 off on first purchase above ₹2,000) are subject to the terms stated on the Site and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.
14.2 If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we have the right to cancel your order and refund you, even after confirmation, provided we notify you.
15. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective when posted to the Site (effective date indicated above). Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend you check the Terms periodically.
16. Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remainder will continue in full force. No waiver of any term will be deemed a waiver of subsequent breach.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
