গত শীতে আমি এই ঝোলা নলেন গুড় এর পায়েস তৈরী করেছিলাম , এক কোথায় অসাধারণ স্বাদ। বাড়ির সকলে খুব খুশি। শীত বলতেই আমরা বাঙালিরা বুঝি নলেন গুড়ের পায়েস পিঠে। সাথে যদি এরম একটা অসাধারণ গুণমানের নলেন গুড় পাওয়া যায় তাহলে আর কোথায় নেই।
